Mazeen Scents takes immense pride in hand-inspecting and securely packaging each fragile attar bottle to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from our Mumbai atelier.

2. Shipping Rates

• Orders above ₹999: Complimentary Express Delivery across India.
• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 standard dispatch fee.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days.
• Rest of India / Special Zones: 5–8 business days.

4. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your package departs our facility, automated SMS and email notifications containing the direct carrier tracking link are dispatched.
